SinoSpeak is an AI real-time translation application operated by Shaanxi Singularity Technology Co., Ltd. (陕西新格睿缇科技有限公司, hereinafter "we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Device Identifier
When you use SinoSpeak, we generate a device identifier based on your device's Android Secure ID. This identifier is used solely for service authentication and usage tracking. It is not linked to your personal identity.
1.2 Voice Data
When you activate real-time translation, your voice is captured via microphone and transmitted in real-time to Doubao API (provided by Beijing Volcano Engine Technology Co., Ltd.) through an encrypted WebSocket (WSS) connection. Voice data is processed in real-time and discarded immediately after processing. We do not store your voice recordings.
1.3 Translation Text
Recognized text and translated text are transmitted in real-time during the translation session. Text content is displayed to you during the session and is not persistently stored on our servers. You can view session history locally within the app.
1.4 Usage Statistics
We record session duration, character counts (input/output), and language pair information to provide usage statistics, enforce fair usage limits, and manage subscription billing.

3. What We Do NOT Collect
- Phone number
- Location data
- Contacts or address book
- Photos, files, or storage contents
- Browsing history or app usage beyond translation
4. Third-Party Services
- Doubao API (Volcano Engine): Receives voice audio in real-time via encrypted WebSocket for speech recognition and translation. Voice data is not stored by the third party after processing.
- Google Play Billing: Handles subscription payments. We do not receive or store your payment card information.
5. Data Storage & Security
- Usage records and device identifiers are stored on servers located in Hong Kong (Alibaba Cloud)
- All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption
- Voice data is transmitted over WebSocket TLS and not stored
- We implement reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect your information
6. Permissions
- Microphone: Required for real-time translation. Only active when you start translation. You can revoke this permission at any time in device settings.
- Internet: Required for translation services and authentication.
- Foreground Service: Allows translation to continue when the screen is locked. A notification is shown during active translation.
7. Your Rights
- View your usage records within the app
- Stop using the service at any time
- Request deletion of your usage data by contacting us
- Revoke microphone permission in device settings
8. Children's Privacy
Our service is not intended for children under 14. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 14, we will delete it promptly.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page. Significant changes will be notified within the app.

SinoSpeak 是由陕西新格睿缇科技有限公司（以下简称"我们"）运营的 AI 实时翻译应用。我们高度重视您的隐私保护。
1. 我们收集的信息
1.1 设备标识符
当您使用 SinoSpeak 时，我们会基于您设备的 Android Secure ID 生成设备标识符。该标识符仅用于服务认证和使用量统计，不与您的个人身份信息关联。
1.2 语音数据
当您开启实时翻译时，语音通过麦克风采集并以加密 WebSocket（WSS）连接实时传输至火山引擎豆包 API 进行处理。语音数据实时处理后即刻丢弃。我们不会存储您的语音录音。
1.3 翻译文本
识别文本和翻译文本在翻译会话期间实时传输。文本内容在会话期间向您展示，不会在我们的服务器上持久存储。您可以在应用内查看当前会话的历史记录。
1.4 使用统计
我们记录每次会话的时长、字符数（输入/输出）和语言对信息，用于提供用量统计、执行用量限制和管理订阅计费。

3. 我们不收集的信息

4. 第三方服务
- 豆包 API（火山引擎）：通过加密 WebSocket 实时接收语音数据进行语音识别和翻译。第三方不会在处理后存储您的语音数据。
- Google Play 结算：处理订阅支付。我们不会收到或存储您的支付卡信息。
5. 数据存储与安全
- 使用记录和设备标识符存储在位于香港的阿里云服务器上
- 所有数据传输使用 HTTPS/TLS 加密
- 语音数据通过 WebSocket over TLS 加密传输，不存储
- 我们采取合理的技术和管理措施保护您的信息安全
6. 权限说明
- 麦克风：用于实时翻译。仅在您主动开启翻译时使用。您可以在设备设置中随时撤销此权限。
- 网络：用于翻译服务和身份认证。
- 前台服务：允许锁屏后继续翻译。翻译进行时通知栏会显示状态。
7. 您的权利
- 在应用内查看您的使用记录
- 随时停止使用服务
- 通过联系我们请求删除您的使用数据
- 在设备设置中撤销麦克风权限
8. 儿童隐私
我们的服务不面向 14 周岁以下的儿童。如果我们发现无意中收集了儿童的个人信息，将立即删除。
9. 政策更新
我们可能会不时更新本隐私政策。更新后的版本将在本页面发布。重大变更将在应用内通知。
